The Light of Diwali

O Light of Diwali, O Light of Paramashiva,
Burn ever so bright into the hearts of all beings.
O Light of Diwali, O Light of the unity of Shiva-Shakti,
On Amavasya, the darkest day of the moon, illuminate our minds.
O Light of Diwali, O Light pure and pristine,
Remove the veil of darkness that clouds our intellects.
O Light of Diwali, O Light of blissful grace,
Usher us into a new age of peace, an age of inner calm.
O Light of Diwali, O Light of space-time,
Fill the void of existence with your fullness.
O Light of Diwali, O Light of divine auspiciousness,
Infuse into us the single-pointed realization of Paramashiva.
